A note about your information.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message so Nick Ray can read and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a message does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

What happens to a message

When submitted successfully, your message is passed to the website’s mail service for delivery to Nick’s designated inbox. Messages may remain in that inbox as part of the correspondence. This website does not maintain a separate database of contact messages.

Basic website safeguards

The form uses a temporary session cookie and short-lived request counts to help prevent unwanted or repeated submissions. The web host may also keep routine access and security logs. This package does not add advertising trackers or analytics.

Other websites

Music services, memorial websites, and the Community Foundation manage their own information practices. Scholarship donations are handled on the Foundation’s website, not through this contact form.

Questions

You may use the contact form to ask about your information or request deletion of your correspondence. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in a message.
